We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
Our Adult classes release tension, develop total body fitness, build stamina and overall productivity! In addition to self-defense skills, karate increases flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone, while improving core strength. Youth and Adult classes train together. (BE-C)
This class is for yellow belt students and up.
Please note the class dates have been changed since the initial program posting. Starting Sept 13th and ending December 20th
