SCERA Chamber Singers is a premier auditioned adult chamber choir dedicated to musical excellence and artistic expression. Our close-knit ensemble brings together passionate, skilled singers to share the transformative power of choral music. Whether performing classical masterpieces, contemporary works, popular favorites, or hidden gems, we strive to inspire, connect, and uplift audiences both within our community and beyond. SCERA Chamber Singers is a two-semester commitment, with a $100/semester tuition due at the beginning of each semester, and will be directed by Miriam Burton. AUDITION INFORMATION Appointment only reservations are required for the 2026–2027 season. Auditions will be held on August 17th from 6:30–8:30 at SCERA Center for the Arts in 201. Opening Social and rehearsal/performance schedules will be communicated during or following auditions. AUDITION PREPARATION 1. Sing one minute of a song that demonstrates the best part of your voice. The piece should be sung with accompaniment (pianist or speaker will be provided). 2. Range check 3. Sight read a piece with four-part harmony
