Description

A fun way to introduce your swimmer to a team atmosphere and get a feel for what a swim team would be like. This program is for kids who are at least a level 4 swimmer and know the the basics of Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke and butterfly and are able to swim one length (25 yds) without stopping or touching the bottom of the pool. During the program we will work on stroke refinement, flip turns and learn about the different events that often take place at a swim meet. The class will meet twice a week for 6 weeks and on the final day we will have a fun in house swim meet.
