About this event
Gnocchi: Bite-sized tender soft pillows of pasta-ish goodness. Participants will learn how to create these little morsels of goodness, then turn them into a scrumptious meal called Creamy Tuscan Gnocchi with Chicken, and make a wonderful loaf of fresh bread as well. While cooking along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow for enough time for shopping and preparation. This class will take place on Zoom or on Microsoft TEAMS - both free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. Note: One registration fee for this online Virtual class may include participants from the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.
