Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Six Sigma Green Belt training is in high demand and focuses on developing problem-solving skills using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) model. Certificate must be completed in order: Introduction, Intermediate, Advanced. This certificate is comprised of the following three classes. You may register for each class individually, or you may register for the certificate at a discount. Introduction to Six Sigma Green Belt Covers foundational Six Sigma concepts, Lean principles, basic statistics, problem-solving tools, FMEA, project charters, and team methods. Uses a flipped classroom model emphasizing independent learning. Intermediate Six Sigma Green Belt Focuses on data-driven decision-making, including process analysis, data collection, probability, statistical reasoning, and hypothesis testing. Serves as a key, more challenging step in the certification path. Advanced Six Sigma Green Belt Emphasizes process improvement and control using advanced tools such as hypothesis testing, design of experiments, and statistical process control, with application to real Six Sigma projects.
