Description
Autumn is the season of letting go, simplifying, and returning to center. This enables us to introspect, learn from our experiences, and deepen into wisdom. The graceful Wuji Qigong form is an excellent practice to support this process. Wuji utilizes a combination of gentle movements, breath, and visualizations to relax the body and bring the mind into a quiet and receptive state. At the close of the form, we will practice a brief meditation. Wuji is performed standing, but students may stand or sit for the meditation as they prefer. Each class will include An Mo Gong (self-healing massage) and other warmups. Instructor: Rae Dimond
This is a standing class. Some of the practices require the ability to briefly balance on one leg. Some practices require the ability to twist the spine and bend it forward, backward, and to the side. Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
