Description

Explore the art of mandalas, a Sanskrit word meaning "circle" or "sacred center." Circular patterns have been used across cultures for centuries as tools for reflection, centering, and healing. In this workshop, you'll create your own personal mandala using watercolor pencils and ink outlines. Discover how geometry and symmetry found in nature can inspire your design as you work with stencils or create your own unique radial pattern. All materials are provided, and a $5 supply fee is included in the class fee. Instructor: Ellen Miffitt
