Our 4 v 4 Ultimate Frisbee leagues are super-fun and give everyone the opportunity to touch the Frisbee often. Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact sport and it is a great way to get exercise and meet new people. This league is for Men 40 or older, and Women 37 or older.
