Co-ed Open League. Winter Ultimate Frisbee takes us indoors for a fast-paced 4 v 4 version of the game. Leagues are super-fun and give everyone the opportunity to touch the Frisbee often. This non-contact sport is a great way to get exercise and meet new people. Games are played in local gyms.
