Learn beginner level practices from Piercing Palm Dragon Daoyin, including the Piercing Palm walk, more of the opening movements from the first Wild Goose Qigong form, and more practices from the Twelve Treasures. Learn the basics of Wild Goose Qigong’s beautiful and unique approaches to breath, movement, and Qi flow. Receive in-depth instruction on proper alignment, safe ways to move with less effort, ways to enhance Qi flow, and meditations to deepen your practice. This is a standing class. Some of the practices require the ability to briefly balance on one leg. Some practices require the ability to twist the spine and bend it forward, backward, and to the side. Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
