Description
This course offers a supportive and educational space for individuals seeking sustainable behavior change through the integration of mindfulness practices. Grounded in evidence-based approaches, participants will explore the connections between thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors, while developing skills in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional action. This is the first in a two-part course offering, to prepare you for making lasting behavior change. Each session combines experiential learning of mindfulness practices with psychoeducation, and group discussion to help participants identify unhelpful habits, manage stress, and align their behaviors with personal values and goals. Whether you're looking to improve health, relationships, or overall well-being, this group fosters lasting change from the inside out.
