Description

In this hands-on, one-session workshop, learn how to make a glass mosaic artwork, which is a process that has been around for thousands of years. After choosing your pattern or drawing an outline of your own composition, we will adhere small size colorful glass pieces to a panel. The final step will be to use grout for the spaces which will give a beautiful, joined surface.No experience is necessary, and all glass materials and supplies are provided. Please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. When grouting completed, they will be ready for pickup at Olympia Center, downtown Olympia. This class is great for families! Participants ages 7 and up are welcome to register. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Instructor: Glass Studios US
