Show your support for Earth Day by participating in a stewardship project at Squaxin Park! The City of Olympia is teaming up with the PARC Foundation of Thurston County and local Lions Clubs to celebrate Earth Day in style, with a fun and exciting volunteer work party. Thanks to Lions Club donations, the school with the most student volunteers will win cash for their school! Tools, gloves, and light refreshments will be provided. For all work parties, please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes or boots that can get wet and muddy. Youth under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult and all volunteers must register at volunteer.olympiawa.gov/.
