Celebrate the seasons through food! In this hands-on class, students will learn cooking and baking techniques while preparing dishes connected to the seasons. Each day will feature themed recipes as students practice following directions, learn basic food science, and create festive meals and treats such as cinnamon rolls, pasta dishes, and other holiday favorites.
