This class is the next level up from Beginning Soul Line dance. You will learn more advanced and technical dances. Taking the beginning Soul line dance class as a prerequisite is recommended, unless you are an experienced dancer. This class is a cardio workout that can help improve your mobility, stamina, and overall well being. Please wear dance shoes or athletic shoes. No flip flops or sandals. Come ready to dance in comfortable clothes. Don't forget your water!

This class offers a drop in-rate of $12.00.
