This is an intermediate class. Exposure to dance or line dance 101/102 recommended. Participants will be introduced to Latin Rhythm line dance using different rhythms including: Cha Cha, Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Country, Soul, Blues, Waltz and others. This class focuses on steps, terminology, rhythms, body movements, and routines of Latin Line Dancing improving physical health and well-being.
Wear comfortable clothing. Wear comfortable shoes: sneakers, loafers, or boots. No Flip-flops, please. Bring a bottle of water.
