Description

This is a 3-class introductory session that welcomes all seniors to dance!
Participants will be introduced to dance to different rhythms including: Cha Cha, Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Country, Soul, Blues, Waltz and others. This is an introduction to the steps, terminology, rhythms, body movements, and routines of Latin Line Dancing while focusing on physical health and well-being.
Wear comfortable clothing. Wear comfortable shoes: sneakers, loafers, or boots. No Flip-flops, please. Bring a bottle of water.
