Join us for the USAT Ocean Shores Duathlon. Great flat road bike race along Ocean Shores boulevard out and back course 14 miles round trip. See Ocean Shores deer on the course, smell the salt air and see seagulls flying above during your competive bike leg of this early season duathlon. Come out and ride with your competive triathlon athletes and rack your bike and set foot out for the Ocean beach hard packed sand and journey through the Ocean Shore State Park, through residential bike paths to finish. Hot Chilli and tortilla chips awaits your victorious finish! All finishers receive an Ocean Shores Du medalion. All registered participants recieve custom designed Ocean Shores USAT T-Shirt, BLT hand towel, Cliff Bar and gel pack. Top Male and Female recieve $50 gift card to Sharky's.
Event details and schedule
Parking at Sharky's and corral in the parking lot of Sharky's to secure your bike, and personal items. The race will be chip timed. You must go thru the two orange cones to get timed. There will be a bike time, a bike-Run transition time and a Run time as well as an over all time. All finishers will get a photo finish and Finisher Certificate. There also will be random beach gear raffled off to all registered participants.
