In this Mental Skills Training workshop, learn The French Effect. Sports psychology specialist, Ariana French, will teach topics that provide various techniques and skills that are applicable to life. These topics include but are not limited to: communication, imagery, motivation and confidence. The goal is to create and build awareness around the areas students feel they can improve. Each day will begin with an icebreaker to introduce the daily topic as well as a debrief at the end of each class to acknowledge takeaways and highlights.
