Description
Rise and shine with intention. Experience a customizable yoga practice designed to build strength and mindfulness to help you increase mobility, flexibility and balance. This all-levels class will encourage you to move at your own pace to explore postures in a safe and sustainable way for a more fulfilling and sustainable practice.
Classes are taught by Jen Vail, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Trainer and Certified Pilates Trainer. Jen was most recently the director and founder of YogaFresh in Woodbury, MN from 2007-2023. She has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2000. Her classes are accessible for all levels of students to explore the benefits of yoga, barre and Pilates in a safe, fun, and non-judgmental environment.
Jen earned her RYT 500 designation, including additional training and education from a variety of yoga schools and traditions including advanced certifications for Therapeutic Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater in San Francisco, Prenatal Yoga with Blooma in Minneapolis, Barre teaching certificates with both Align Pilates in Minneapolis and Tracy Mallet’s Booty Barre in Chicago and most recently a 500 hour Pilates Reformer certification. Jens teachings are continuously influenced by local and national teachers alike and Jen would be honored to have the privilege of guiding you through a safe and fulfilling practice at the Oakdale Nature Preserve.
