This class is intended to provide you with the basic principles of self-defense and situational awareness. You will learn several techniques for defending yourself if ever faced with an attack. The session will start with a warm up that incudes stretching and cardio. The class will then transition into learning a variety of stances, kicks, punches, blocks, grabs and counters. This class is educational, challenging and fun!
