Discover how the ancient craft of spinning wool helped clothe a nation, and then learn the basics as you try it yourself on an old-fashioned spinning wheel. Ages 12 and up; under 18 with an adult. $5 per person. To register by phone instead, call 630-850-8110.

This program meets at the Graue House. Park at the lot on the east side of the intersection of York and Spring roads. Cross York at the crossing sign, or use the underpass. The house is just south of the mill.
