Welcome to Ninja Warrior! Working off an integrated curriculum, this class is appropriate for beginner and advanced participants. Classes are structured to provide progressive growth over the course of the session, and participants will be able to challenge themselves with some of our beginner, intermediate, and advanced obstacles aimed at building strength, agility, and balance. Classes will typically include four circuits with 5-8 obstacles per circuit. Classes will be structured and very active- Ninjas will not stop moving and leave tired and proud! Classes take place at Windy City Ninjas located at 684 W. Lake St. in Elmhurst.
