Are you an athlete looking to stretch your worked muscles? Find strength training and also focus on flexibility and mobility in this practice.
The experienced student can find challenge by diving deep into the pose, and the beginner can learn asana (poses) through detailed explanation of technique, building strength, and flexibility safely. The teacher provides instruction to guide and support any level, encouraging growth and tapping into intuition.
Mats are available for use, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Classes will be lead by instructors trained through Moonbird Yoga.
