Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines music, dance, and acrobatics. It began in Brazil over 500 years ago and today it is practiced by people of all ages, all body types and abilities around the world. Capoeira engages the full body and mind and thus, the health benefits are endless! Regular practice can enhance flexibility, strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and mobility. Capoeira builds self-confidence and is one of the best forms of stress-release. Come move your body, open your mind, and try something new in 2023! No prior experience is necessary. 4 classes
