MASK POLICY UPDATE as of Dec 13 - In accordance with new Massachusetts safety protocols, we need to adjust the mask policy. Masks will now be required at all times during class. If this changes by the start of session, we will let you know .

Strengthen and tone your body while burning calories and increasing your energy level with this overall muscle conditioning class. Class will consist of core work to strengthen the abdominal muscles and lower back, resistance training using weights for the upper and lower body including squats and lunges, as well as stretching for flexibility. You will need to bring weights appropriate for shoulder/bicep work and a towel to put on floor for floor work. BYO water bottle as well.
