The Minnesota Permit to Carry renewal class is conducted in accordance with Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Course completion must be within one year of your renewal application. You can apply up to 90 days prior your permit expiration date or within 30 days after expiration. Failure to apply within 30 days after expiration means you will need to complete a regular Minnesota Permit to Carry class.
