About this event
This four week course expands on the beginner drawing program and covers a general overview of many concepts and principles. It could easily be called “Beginner Drawing part 2”. Each session will focus on specific subject matter such as: nature, landscape, drawing from imagination, still-life, using perspective, an easy introduction to drawing people and more. To prepare, students will benefit from having taken the beginner program in person or by watching it on youtube (search Steve Chmilar Beginner Drawing). Students who have taken any of the previous beginner or Level 2 drawing courses will find new information in this version, simplified for a smooth transition from the beginner exercises. The lesson material is carefully selected to be the most fundamental information needed, simplified into a fun and easy process. Supply List for Level 2 Drawing -Paper pads or sketch books, white or off-white, minimum 14”x17” - 18”x24” is ideal, can be newsprint.
