Do you fish or want to learn how? Ever thought about learning to tie your flies or building your fishing pole? Spend wonderful summer days around our school pond, on nearby rivers, and on the lake learning to bait a line, use a spin lure, and cast a fly fishing rod. Students receive instruction and guided practice as needed. The class will also focus on learning about local fish anatomy, habitat, behavior, and food resources. As this camp takes place both on and off campus, future ichthyologists should be prepared with a life vest, snacks, and patience. Instructors: Lake Ridge Academy Faculty
