Description
Come join our Youth Athletic Camp where we provide supportive education on exercise foundations. This is done by incorporating speed, agility, power and strength & conditioning training. Our programs teach youth (12-18) the importance of teamwork, leadership and safety by being paired with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer.
