We’re excited to launch Family Fit Nights in January at the NKC YMCA! Join us for a fun, engaging workout led by a certified YMCA Personal Trainer. These sessions are designed for all ages and fitness levels—so everyone can get moving together.
The cost is just $40 per family for the entire month, so bring the whole crew and start the new year strong!
