Description

Stay active with our 50+ Volleyball! This drop-in program welcomes all skill levels, whether you're a seasoned player or trying it for the first time. Volleyball is a great way to improve coordination, boost cardiovascular health, build strength, and enhance balance. Participants must be registered, but you can sign up at any time throughout the season. Come enjoy friendly games, great exercise, and a supportive community.
Medical release forms are available to fill out on your first day.
(Classes are not held on days schools are closed. This includes 2/16, 3/30, and 4/1)
