Sun Style 31 Tai Chi places emphasis on Qigong exercises to cultivate vital life energy, enhancing healing, restoration, and relaxation of the body. It improves breath, balance, brain function, and body strength. Learn the technique of a smooth, agile step pattern, with flowing movements, like water in a river. All ability levels are welcome. Class instructor Shi Fu Jenny Barone, certified instructor, and Tai Chi judge.
