This class is designed to build balance, breath, brain function, and lower body strength. Sun Style 31 is suitable for beginner and intermediate senior adults. Instructed by Jenny Barone.
Please note: For all Tai Chi classes wearing flat, closed shoes, no heels and no flip flops is recommended.
