Description

The Arthritis Foundation's Walk with Ease program was developed to help people with or without arthritis begin a walking program to fit their limitations. Information and strategies are based on research and tested programs in exercise science, behavior change, and arthritis management. Participants will do gentle exercises that help with their walking journey which will be done on their own. Program will help with balance. A book will be provided.
