This low impact game is a quality aerobic exercise for joint pain and stiffness. Badminton’s precise movements will also help to keep participants alert therefore improving reflexes. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Badminton Summer meeting dates:Mondays, May 4 - June 1 and August 17-31
