Soul Line Dancing is a vibrant, multicultural style of line dancing that brings people together through synchronized steps set to R&B, soul, hip-hop, gospel, and more. Dancers move in unison in easy-to-follow patterns, creating a high-energy group experience that’s both fun and empowering.

Line dancing is a great way to improve coordination, strengthen muscle memory, and boost heart health—all while learning new routines in a supportive environment. Because the steps repeat and build on each other, you’ll gain confidence as you go and feel the progress in both your body and your rhythm.
The pace and level of instruction are tailored to the overall experience of the class, so whether you're brand new or have danced before, you'll feel comfortable, challenged, and ready to move.
