Description

The best way to stay safe around snakes is to learn how to identify them. Join an environmental educator to learn how to identify the most common snakes found in Chesterfield County, and how to coexist with them. Observe an ambassador snake from Rockwood Nature Center up close to learn more about snake biology. Parents are required to stay with their children for the duration of the program.
All ages welcome but must be 6 years of age or older to interact with the snakes.
