Successfully completing this 4-session course and multiple-choice test earns a lifetime Certificate of Education and satisfies the minimum boater education requirement to legally operate a jet-ski (age 14 minimum) or other powered vessels. Please bring a pencil.

This class is offered by the Richmond Unit of the United States Power Squadron. This is an 8-hour class (Four 2-hour sessions) for individuals ages 12 and up. The course manual costs $20 and must be paid for at the first class.
