A 6-week wellness journey inspired by the wisdom of the natural world. Each 2-hour session explores a powerful theme—like stillness, change, or connection—through light outdoor activities, reflection, and discussion. With nature as our classroom, we blend lessons in natural history with knowledge from science, philosophy, and art to explore thoughtful practices that encourage personal growth.
