This parent-child program is designed for children ages 2-5 years old to build confidence and social skills through directed play and fun movement activities. Each session will focus on:

• Developing gross motor skills. (running, hopping, balancing)
• Practicing listening and following simple directions.
• Encouraging parent/guardian engagement
• Most importantly, having fun!

• Parents/guardians are required to stay on site and actively participate.
• Activities are structured but playful, with lots of movement and activities.
