Description

Challenge your muscles and mind by ramping up your calorie burn through cardio, dance, circuit training, hula hoop and yoga movement. Bring athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, a small hand towel, water bottle and a yoga mat. Instructed by Fitness Warriors Instructor Robert Candia.
