Fitness Warriors will challenge your muscles and mind in new ways by ramping your calorie burn through cardio, dance, circuit training, hula hoop, and yoga movement.

Bring athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, a small hand towel, water bottle, and a yoga mat. Instructed by Fitness Warriors Instructor Robert Candia.
