Description

Join us and Mental Health Support Services for Emotional Health Planning. This program is designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in leading emotionally healthy lives. Led by Stephanie Williams, through a series of therapeutic group sessions, participants will explore coping strategies, build self-esteem, strengthen communication skills, learn about substance use and suicide prevention, and develop a personalized toolkit to foster resilience and take charge of their emotional well-being. Pre-registration is required. Caregivers are encouraged to attend if 1:1 support is needed.
