Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

Classes include range of motion, balance, stretching, and cardio movements. Exercises can be done seated or standing. Small weights and fitness bands are provided. Instructed by certified Exercise Physiologist of the American College of Sports Medicine, Elaine Egan.
