Stadium Stomp Adelaide Oval will be held on 10 April 2022

Event Times:

Gates open 7:00am. Wave times start from 8:00am and occur every 15 minutes until 11:15am. Choose your own wave/start time from your course options when you register.

Course Options: (stair count is the total count for up and down)

Full Course (6000 stairs) - 12 years +. First wave 8:00am

Short Course (3300 stairs) - 12 years +. First wave 8:45am

Junior Course (1000 stairs) - 5-11 years and and their registered Adult. Last wave of the day (11:15am)

Stomp Unlimited (unlimited stairs) - 12 years +. Climb as many stairs as you dare from the first wave time until the last. Limited numbers.
