This 90-minute experience blends mindful hip-opening movement with the healing vibrations of sound, creating the perfect reset for body, mind, and spirit.Through gentle yoga flow and breathwork, you’ll soften tightness in the hips, the body’s center for stored stress and emotions creating space for release and renewal. The journey continues with a Sound Bath Meditation, where crystal bowls, chimes, frame drum, and other instruments surround you in soothing frequencies that invite deep rest, balance, and harmony.
