Studies show that practicingTai Chi helps improve your overall well-being, ease chronic disease conditions, and helps you prevent falls. The movements of Levels I and II help you develop balance, align your body structure, and move more easily. Participants receive both personal and group coaching. Please wear clothing that allows you to move easily.
