Description

This shared experience is designed for parents or caregivers and children to slow down together and explore nature in a calm, intentional way. Rather than focusing on instruction, performance, or physical activity, the emphasis is on connection, curiosity, and shared presence in an outdoor environment.
A parent or caregiver is required to attend and actively participate alongside their child for the full duration of the session. This is not a drop-off program, and supervision remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
Activities are adapted to support mixed ages while maintaining a relaxed pace and clear structure. Sessions typically involve up to approximately 1.5 miles of walking at a slow, relaxed pace, with frequent stops. This offering is well suited for families looking for a quiet, meaningful outdoor experience that differs from typical high-energy recreation programs.
Registration is required for both the participating adult and child. A $10 discount will be automatically applied when both participants are registered together.
