Capoeira Movement WorkshopRecommended for ages 6+ with a participating family member. Or age 8 and up without adult help.Children should be comfortable participating in guided group movement activities.
Explore movement, rhythm, balance, and coordination through beginner-friendly activities inspired by Capoeira, a Brazilian art form that blends music, movement, and playful interaction. Participants will engage in guided partner activities, rhythm exercises, stretching, and creative movement games designed to encourage connection, confidence, and active participation in a welcoming family environment.
This class is exploratory in nature and focuses on movement, coordination, creativity, and cultural appreciation rather than contact or competitive martial arts training.
REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Registration includes one adult and one child participant or one child participating alone.
• Children must be able to participate in a structured group setting
• Registration must include the names and ages of all participating children
• This is not a drop-off program, and all participants must remain onsite for the duration of the class.
